Missing PTS/COSS/Lookout-SW Logbooks

This is just a reminder of the process that should be followed if you are booked onto a recertification course and do not have your PTS/COSS/Lookout-SW logbook.

Please note that to be eligible to sit a PTS/COSS/Lookout-SW Recertification course (Includes COSS Initial due to PTS recertification), you must have the required 4 entries and 2 management reviews (signed by a COSS, preferably noting the SWP number on the entry). If this is not in place, then please advise Intertrain as soon as possible to avoid cancellation charges for your course

In the first instance, please contact the Siemens Co-Ordinator (Georgie Buck) to advise that you do not have your logbook.

We will then be able to post a new work experience logbook out to you to enable you to have your 4 entries and 2 management reviews filled in prior to your recertification course.

Please be aware that if you attend without the required logbook or minimum entries, you will be turned away from the training event.
