The workbook will need to be completed by both the candidate and the candidates line manager.

Once the COSS workbook has been completed, please email a completed copy to [email protected] so this can be notified as an event on Sentinel prior to course attendance.

If the workbook is not completed before the course commencement date, you will not be able to sit the course and will be turned away.
