Siemens In Partnership with Intertrain

Network Rail (NR) and London Underground (LU) have been working together to align the core elements in the 'London Underground Worksite Safety Induction' to those in the Network Rail ICI.
 
The result of this work is that, in Sentinel, there will be a 'Core' ICI competence plus NR and LU specific inductions, which will show when the COSS checks a Sentinel card on the mobile app as below:

 

 

Those who currently hold the ICI competence will have the NR endorsement automatically added to their profiles.

ACTION: Please instruct your COSS's to check that a Sentinel card holder has all of the below competences before allowing them onto a worksite.

 

For Network Rail Infrastructure Projects (IP) worksites:

1. Industry Common Induction

2. NR Induction

3. PTS (if a trackside worksite)

 

For London Underground worksites there is no change.
