Course cancellations
Siemens Rail Automation are experiencing a high level of course cancellations and instances of people failing to attend courses for their Network Rail track safety competences. In these instances the business incurs full cancellation charges.
 
Please be reminded that if you need to cancel from your track safety course arranged with Intertrain, please do this prior to 8 days of the course start date. You can do this using your Siemens Intertrain portal account under Courses Booked (https://siemens.intertrain.biz/).
 

Failing to attend
Please ensure that you use the Outlook Calendar link provided in the booking confirmation and add as a reminder alert at least 24-hours before course start date. Considering the safety nature of this training you should never not attend this training; only exceptional circumstances are accepted as reasonable justification. If you know that you cannot attend you should cancel before 8 days of the course start date.
