Important Notice - Workplace Assessments

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you of recent industry changes for workplace assessment providers.

We now require confirmation that there is a member of staff, of the same competence level as the candidate being assessed, available to offer support should the candidate fail to meet the required standard (i.e. the candidate is deemed Not Yet Competent or Not Competent). This is to ensure that there is no disruption in the delivery of the planned work and/or worksite.

For example: If a COSS Assessment is taking place, then a qualified COSS should be available should the candidate be deemed Not Yet Competent or Not Competent.

You will be asked to confirm this at the point of booking.

Should you be unable to do this and the planned work that will be undertaken could potentially be affected by the outcome of the assessment, then we will unfortunately not be able to continue with the booking of the assessment.

Our standard Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy apply.

Yours Sincerely,

Intertrain (UK) Ltd
