(P) COSS Assessment Requirements

Dear employee,

This is just to clarify the current logbook requirements for post-mentoring COSS Assessments.

Within the pre-requisites, individuals now require at least 4 entries in their COSS logbook to be eligible for the post-mentoring COSS Assessment. Previously the requirements were at least 1 entry in the COSS logbook, and it was an employer’s discretion as to when the individual was signed off by their mentor.

Please be aware of the above information if you are due to attend a COSS Initial, or if you have recently attended and passed a COSS Initial.
